Great People to work with and a stable industry

Everyone is very busy too much to do in a small amount of time. Communication can be a struggle at times

Family type atmospere, very interested in giving back to the community, high character employees, acknowledgement of when systems need to change and willing to make those changes.

No real direction from management as if they expect you to read their minds and then act on it. Management is not usually accessible then held accountable for not coming to them with issue/problem.
