      Pros

      OCU is a friendly company to work for with good support from managers and L&D. They also offer good career progression through apprenticeship schemes, graduate schemes and on-going training.

      Cons

      Working for OCU can get hectic at times as it is a fast paced environment, but this does mean that day-to-day tasks are varied and means that you are constantly learning something new

      Salary was acceptable but minimal benefits

      Cons

      No sick pay beyond statutory Notice period massively skewed towards the business. A business that is based on hiring and firing as quickly as possible. Everything when you sign the contract is on a company website you cannot see or review.
