Cons
Getting paid Leave here for any occasion is a big thing, especially 3-4 days straight. Salary Increments kinda feel like donations to the poor from the management. Usage of Old Tech Stacks - They have not been updated themselves to Git, and work like the old Stone Age era. No proper communication for Leave and Project Management. They will try to use you to their fullest by not paying the appropriate salary.
