Pros
Most of the people are great. It's what everyone points out when they are asked what they love about OH. The benefits are good as well - lots of PTO, vacation, 401k.
Cons
Where to start :( OH was an amazing place to work, then it just wasn't, and it seems to be getting worse. The owners drove out the only good thing OH had going, the CEO Brad Casper. He's just one of many casualties that OH has had. They keep letting really good people go or simply can't keep them because of the decisions they are making. These decisions are having a huge impact on the employees. No one seems happy and most everyone I know is looking to leave - it's heartbreaking. The environment has been gradually getting more and more toxic. It all seems to stem from Leadership. There is a huge lack of trust forming because of the decisions the owners are making or reinforcing at the executive level. Transparency and Integrity seem to be suffering as the owners egos take over the company. There is so much focus on new business that current business suffers. OH leadership is so focused on fame and it's losing site of what really matters - good work (that drives business solutions rather than winning awards), client relationships, and especially the people. On the outside OH may look like an incredible company, but on the inside it's falling apart. We are all just keeping our heads down and doing the work for fear we may be thrown under the bus or let go next because all the owners are out of touch of what is really going on and just look at is the hours we put in to make the company money.
