Bad Company, Horrible CEO - Software Engineer OKANEMO Employee Review

The only reason people get hired there is to be rented out to other company with low pay (usually interns or part-time workers)

- Micromanagement at its worst - Wishy-washy statements (promised WFH but then turned it into full WFO) and mood swings - CEO boasted about not paying salary to his former employees while applauding my work - Then threatened to not pay my salary at end of month - He delivered a long rant to why I didn't deserve to get paid, one of them is because he was trying to SAVE MONEY FOR HIS WEDDING - I have a recording if you ever try to delete this :)

Learned a lot and pressured to work at a fast pace, which is fine for a few weeks, but then it gets really toxic.

Toxic & sexist CEO, he often mocks with the word stupid, idiot, and other profanities to the workers if they're doing a "bad job". Glorifying overwork culture and doctrine every new worker about how the other workers work all night, midnight meetings, doesn't give ANY compensation for any work output, co-worker keeps leaving, and new worker joins in almost every week. Their whole business model is to keep hiring clueless interns for free labor that keeps the company afloat. If you read this then you're lucky, avoid this type of "company".
