Pros
A great environment to work in, with amazing colleagues and a genuinely collaborative culture. I’ve learned more here than anywhere else in my career, both in terms of exposure and personal growth. It’s been a true pleasure representing this organisation and being part of such a supportive team.
Cons
The hours can be long at times, but when working across a global remit, that’s naturally expected. It’s not really a con, it’s something you understand and sign up for, and the experience and exposure you gain make it worthwhile.
