Horrible High Management, Fake Globalization - Manager OKG Employee Review

Bad & Useless high management (no global sense, never listen). HQ (China) team did nth meaningful, only agree and follow everything / every words from the boss. Horrible culture to encourage the staff being "brainless" to get promotion. No rewards to any staff who works hard, only rewards to the staff who "agree" everything from boss but didn't execute anything benefit to the company. Most of the staff who joined earlier are useless (No. 2/ No. 6) etc. , didn't have any global exposure, and never review the market needs, just ask for non-sense request. Super bad English and never able to understand the global market, They are harming the company to grow.
