Pros

First off, the environment here is really great and positive! There’s less pressure, which I really appreciate. I love how everyone supports each other, stepping in to help when someone’s facing challenges during working hours. The benefits are amazing too, especially compared to other private companies. The company’s generosity when it comes to employee well-being is something that truly deserves respect!

Cons

At the moment, the biggest hassle is the lack of a proper parking area. While the office is located in a really busy area, it would be great to have a designated parking spot just for employees.

Cons

- The company experienced hiring followed by layoffs, which raised concerns about workforce planning. - No severance package, career transition assistance, or visa support was provided following the layoff, which negatively impacted the perception of the company's employee culture. - There was a tendency to assign blame rather than focus on collaborative problem-solving.
