      Pros

      Great WLB with remote work and a lot of team building budgets. Amazing compensation and benefits. My team was so supportive. We did workshops regularly where we shared knowledge about everything. Everyone is so nice and good at what they do. They also paid for us to get training and certificate from reputable institutions. Wonderful cross-team collaboration because everyone is so competent and committed to making great products.

      Cons

      Sometimes there are unexpected and unplanned events that need us to respond even during weekends and holidays.

      - The company experienced hiring followed by layoffs, which raised concerns about workforce planning. - No severance package, career transition assistance, or visa support was provided following the layoff, which negatively impacted the perception of the company's employee culture. - There was a tendency to assign blame rather than focus on collaborative problem-solving.
