No pros to work here

They pay you less than the market. Also, there's no job security. and environment and culture are literally toxic; you get scolded for no reason, and they will bully you. no senior is helpful and they will ask you to resign. Either they will change your department and transfer you as a person with a truck driver, or they will reduce your pay and if you still don't resign or try to resist, they will transfer you to locations with no city connectivity at all, far away from your home or joining locations.
