- Positive work environment - Everyone is nice and supportive - Collaboration encouraged - Generous WFH policy

- Felt my pay was pretty low for the amount of work I was doing. - Benefits are pretty below average - Communication is an issue across the board. I was highly praised for the majority of my time working there, even receiving an award for my work and was unceremoniously let go after being told I was going "above and beyond" two weeks prior to being let go. - Favoritism. There are people that get away with mistakes and lack of knowledge that other employees do not. I was scrutinized and criticized for things that I had dealt with plenty of times from other employees that faced no such criticism, to the detriment of my own work. - Very high turnover. - Extra/after hours work is not rewarded or even really recognized.
