Mis-Managed, Toxic Work Environment - Environmental Scientist ONEIDA TOTAL INTEGRATED ENTERPRISES Employee Review

There is a serious lack of management within this office. Supervisors have little to no contact with the staff and rarely speak to anyone about anything. Miscommunication is another huge issue. Managers don't meet with one another to discuss tasks and schedules and plan projects appropriately which leaves everyone is the dark on a daily basis. Office moral is so low that no one wants to contribute or even come in each day. Unfortunately there is an outdated click system and boys club mentality as well. Managers constantly express a potential for job loss due to lack of work/projects which leaves employees in a constant state of fear. There is no communication accompanied by a lot of shady work and closed door conversations. When you address HR on these issues or concerns they dismiss them or take a managers opinion over your concerns and the employees who brought the issues to light to HR are generally released within a 6 week window for some reason or another. Overall the office management has bred a Highly Toxic work environment. It is clear to everyone that it is every man for themselves and not a place for growth, development or team building.
