The salary is great for students. 14$/h is ok. The schedule is very flexible.you don't work Sunday , Monday. You work with nice people. It can be really rewarding.
Cons
People usually don't stay. The director should be check by les normes du travail. The way he works is unacceptable. You literally have to force people to donate money for cause or you lose your job. They'll tell you that what you are doing is not enough everyday. Even the best people in your team gets brainwash.

-Salary is great for students. -Flexibility for your schedule -Team captains are close to employees (they were coaches to me) -Employees are mostly students that work great together.
Cons
- The overall population wont take 2 minutes to talk to you on the street. - The ones stopping wont give money every month. - Staying 6 hours on the street with people telling you ''no'' or ''sorry, i'm late' gets very long.
