      Pros

      The best part of working for Onsite Woodwork is the time I wasn't there and at home with my family. My coworkers from the drafting department, listing and purchasing were great, I hope they find better soon.

      Cons

      Constant over time, no concern for personal life, no raises, stressful environment, outdated software, no individuality.

      Pros

      they appreciate skills and talents and look for ways to implement them into the workplace; the company has a "can do" attitude and works diligently to live up to the vision statement. Management shows their care in practical levels with benefits; annual dinner meetings, State-Of-The-Union luncheons, various milestone celebrations as well as Wellness Programs and challenges, etc. Great place to work!
