Pros

No new Pros compared to prior review about Operon is not a team player. Just an update with records of newer Operon actions I've recently experienced.

Cons

Adding to cons: -Benefits enrollment package arrives in my mailbox 29th of month. I have until the 30th to complete enrollment, but login information is not functioning. The included 'email document' (inside my package) was supposedly typed as an email to someone else inside Operon, supposedly sent internally on the 13th of the same month. The package I got in the US mail did not have any postmark information. So, the enrollment package arrived UNREASONABLY late and included incorrect information. Good, quality work there, Operon! -If you neglect to punch in yet punch out correctly, instead of Operon nicely asking you if you missed a punch, you get something like this: 'In the event you fail to call out to both Operon and XXX, disciplinary action will be taken, final warning.'. You want this on your team? Operon employees have ZERO ways to see their own record of punches. The time clock will not allow employee reviews of punches, and the office has not allowed me to learn what times I've punched. Way to go, Operon! Me, I say go ahead, take 'disciplinary action' for me simply missing a punch instead of courteously asking if I made a mistake; I will immediately walk out, finis. Operon will have to do more work after I self terminate than they would have to do to simply ask me if I missed a punch, and from then on, I will never need any more stern talk from Operon. I have no tolerance for employer disrespect. A little civility goes a long way, but when I have to assume the discussion is tainted with poorly hidden vitriol, I really take a step back and take a harsher, more critical look at the circumstances. Here is the upshot: -Operon COULD purchase a payroll module with more features which better serve employees. -Operon COULD ask me if I missed punching in. -Operon COULD send my benefits enrollment information on the first of the month, and -Operon COULD include correct login information.

Pros

Being paid weekly is a plus. Eventually you can start direct deposit if you wish. Operon office is "onsite" with my assignment (I'm lucky, but onsite is not necessarily onsite for all their employees since they work with several job sites).

Cons

Furiously fast onboarding process, leading to presumptions about competencies which exceed human retention capacities. Paychecks must be picked up Fridays but available hours for pickup stink since my lunch is all the time I have, and your office is closed during my lunch.
