In this role, there are three primary areas I see as unique vantage points: 1. It takes time to build deep relationships but it's an effort that is so deeply rewarding to bring long-term value to my clients. 3. Cons
The biggest challenge today is the still the lack of brand recognition given our 20 year history and being a leader in the space for secure data/file transfer. It will improve over time, but it is still a challenge at this juncture.
