Pros
Excellent factories to develop as a manager with lot of learning opportunities to lift your skill set. Great pay and conditions for my role. Fantastic clean factory.Personally I have enjoyed working in the business
Cons
Only having one major OEM as a customer has hurt the business due to erratic demand really need to diversify the customer base. Sometimes communication from top management could be better although I believe it is customer related as in they are very bad at communication with PO
