      Pros

      ORC does a great job at allowing employees to truly have work-life balance and a flexible schedule! While it is hard to find an organization that actually allows building your own schedule, they are one of the few places that do! The team has been great to work with, and it has felt like a very professional work environment.

      Cons

      Compensation and total rewards packages feel somewhat out of alignment with the market - I recognize that ROW is a more niche industry but to compete it may be necessary to look at adjacent market standards as well.

      Appropriate compensation. Is a real company. Has a good industry reputation.

      Cons

      Work life balance they claim to have, is a complete and utter lie. This is just another bottom dollar broker using 30+year old systems, grinding employees into dust with impossible deadlines, inept and dangerously uneducated detectors and VPs, and abusive management strategies from the 1950s. If you like working 60 hour weeks, holidays, nights, and weekends while someone yells at you daily for their mistakes you are tasked with correcting while they ignore your decades of expertise and suggestions, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, leave this dumpster fire of a company be, and look for a real broker to work for.
