We are disappointed to hear that your experience with ORS was not a positive one. Our Executive team have worked extremely hard to improve to working the conditions for all our 600+ employees around the country. This includes reducing our workload requirements for all practitioners by 17% to 5 billable hours per day which has been extremely well received by our staff members. We have also invested heavily in our support services divisions and we employ more than 150 staff members in back office roles to deliver industry leading support across AHPRA Supervision, Learning & Development, Report Reviewing, Human Resources, Finance, Information Technology, Administration, Marketing and Support & Performance Coaching.
We acknowledge that working as a frontline practitioner in the disability sector can be challenging and the issues that our staff encounter are very common throughout the industry. These challenges also bring an incredible responsibility and amazing sense of pride that our practitioners feel when they deliver improvement in the lives of our clients. ORS will always strive to deliver the highest level of service possible to our clients whilst ensuring that our growing workforce always feel supported and appreciated. We also provide multiple avenues for our employees to provide feedback (anonymous and known) which helps us continue to make improvements.
