They give a high level of autonomy & care a lot about team culture. It's like working with social nerds that want to make a difference.

It's a very flat organization and there is limited room for vertical growth.

Great on-site work space (free snacks, pool table); immediate bosses were empathetic, helpful, & knowledgeable; their main product is straightforward and not too complicated to manage.

High workload that could easily lead to burnout.
