Pros
I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the OSB Group. I felt there was a great work/life balance and they are a really flexible employer.
Good emphasis on personal development and I personally always had supportive line managers that there happy to support my career goals
Cons
There is an expectation in some areas to take on a lot of responsibilities especially in Operations, this can be slightly demoralising at times
