Level - Anonymous employee OSF HealthCare Employee Review

OSF doesn’t care about their employees health. I was put on a level for calling in to many time because I have actual health problems and there are days that I’m too sick to come into work. I was at work today and threw up, I didn’t go home because it would be counted against me. That is not right to treat your employees that way. And that is definitely not The Mission Partners way. I will make sure this gets out to every news media.
