• Good exposure to the industry, it was something I was interested in and wanted to learn more about • Management took the time to really teach the basics and give me the opportunity to apply what I was learning without being micromanagers • Growth opportunities

• Sometimes investigations were really hard to deal with because at times excavators did not want to take responsibility for their actions • With any company there are changes, some people adapted better than others
