Pros

Only telephone service. Significant freedom in the way we approach our customers. My ideas and proposals are usually welcome by my employers.

Cons

Significantly low salary. Not adecuate information about the products. Very few well-informed team leaders.

Pros

"pocket money" if long unemployed it may be sth to get you started big company witth profits bonuses (hard to get decent amount though)

Cons

really low salary manipulation skills(Diplomas etc) not appreciated rather than knowing the "right" people stressful career development seems more than bleak gossip a form of "rent an employee" cheaper
