-Turn over rate is insane especially with managers - Managers are disrepacful to the limit. They will come up to you when you are new without introducing them selves and just start telling you to do things when you have no idea who they are or if they are even management. - they will call your phone an tell you to do things when you have no idea who they are - They walk around and basically do nothing except boss around people and tell them to stop talking to eachother when that’s all they do them selves. - For utility workers the majority are people who speak a different language and if you only speak English you’re out of luck, you’ll be sitting there hearing them talk to eachother all day every day disregarding the fact you don’t know what they’re saying EVEN WHEN THEYRE TRAINING YOU - Everyone who has been here for 3+ years is snoby and super unwelcoming. - They’re restaurants are not suitable for food but the company doesn’t care because they’re making their money - Management on the floor (Who arnt your direct managers) will refer to you as “Utility worker” instead of asking what your name is - Just a super depressing place to work in general. I heard a lot of bad things but decided to take the chance. Instantly regretted it
