Today, the organization feels plagued by internal politics, back-channel conversations, and a lack of transparency. Accountability is inconsistent, and honesty often takes a back seat to whatever narrative leadership wants to push. The supportive culture that once existed has been replaced with a cut-throat atmosphere that reaches from the bottom to the top.
