      Pros

      Used to have good engineers till everybody left due to breach of employment act

      Cons

      Upper managements is very comfortable with breaching of employment act by not paying salary/CPF/Claims for as long as 5 months. CFO is not responsible or accountable to anything related to Finance

      spacious office decent work life balance - no imposing of overtime

      Cons

      -company has no money to pay salary but refuse to lay off staff -owe staff salary for 6 months+ and expect staff to continue working -scrappy startup culture with demanding and opinionated CEO

      Colleagues - all very friendly and nice. But most left already. Environment - A highly fast-paced, capability-driven environment where strong performers learn rapidly. Opportunities are abundant, and those who can execute effectively gain significant exposure and growth.

      -Financially unstable. -A place for those who take ownership and execute. -Not a place for individuals who need to be spoon-fed
