They treat employees very respectfuly New ideas are heard and encouraged Salaries, advantages and bonus are good Not a very stressful place to work They send you to confoo and other computer science events Open to try new technologies You can talk openly to upper management Some very talented people
Cons
Not a lot of efforts are made for fun at the office Changes in processes and/or mentalities can take a lot of time to implement Onboarding process could be more efficient Not a lot of coaching (you must learn a lot by yourself) Generally prefer to patch problems than to prevent (which results in some technical debt)
