      Dedicated people, Interesting work, Learned about working for a larger company

      No Work Life Balance, Management is horrible, Training stinks, Pay is below industry standards, Location, Transportation provided by location, Benefits are horrible with high deductibles, No exit interview, and Company does not care about its employees - treats people like work horses.

      Pros

      Pay and benefits. Support staff. Training opportunities when permitted to participate.

      Cons

      Every venue’s ability and level of morale is based off of the GM and their prerogatives. Corporate is completely disconnected from the field despite their disparaging efforts to act otherwise. The company preaches the typical DEI and anti-harassment jargon yet doesn’t apply the same rules to everyone. Retaliation is a thing within this company as well.
