Pros
- Great place for fresh graduates or interns to gain hands-on experience.
- Salary is around market average.
- Free OATSIDE merch from time to time, though it sometimes feels like who gets it depends on favoritism.
Cons
- The company keeps the team small, so you'll often end up doing work outside your job description. They also rely heavily on interns instead of hiring more full-time employees.
- They expect employees to communicate well, but the directors don't always do the same, which causes a lot of miscommunication.
- High turnover doesn't feel surprising because of the workload and communication issues.
- Communication from directors needs improvement. Work priorities and ownership are not always communicated clearly, which led to duplicate work and unnecessary wasted time.
- Visibility and pleasing the upper management are valued more than actual performance. (Personal impression seems to matter more than the quality of your work.)
