      You’ll hardly receive any recognition or raises. It seems like the topic of ‘raise’ or ‘promotion’ is somewhat taboo within the company.

      Pros

      Honor's other countries important holidays.

      Cons

      The company does not honor Martin Luther King Day. It sends an email about its importance but expects the American workforce to work on the holiday, while it honors major holidays from other countries with time off.
