Pros
No Pros.. there are only cons everyone inthecompany are suffering
Cons
This company is a nightmare, Managers has no empathy. They just hire recruiters to blame them. These people have no proper projects, no proper clients and what they do is blame recruiters that they are not working properly for their silly requirements. I have 8+ years of experience I am not a beginner I have earlier worked with 3 companies but i have not seen the pathetic management these people have. All the requirements are handled by sales team. Where on earth sales people interfere in the requirements? The mangers don't share the requirements, sales team does. They have zero idea about recruiting and requirements but they force you to submit profiles. Guys if you are interviewed for PS (Professional Services) Team. My suggestion to you is just RUN......Runaway. The sales heads feel like MD's/CEO. The sales team is fit for nothing they dont get clients they dont get projects but will force you to work for silly requirements just to show that it's all your fault. Dont get fooled by their buttery words, These people say they have 7-8 clients and lot of projects.. No they have only one client that also has 20+ vendors. They dont release your PF for 6 months. Even small startups or companies are better. I even hate giving this 1 star to the company its that pathetic. My reporting manager was the worst person i have ever met. the reviews are also fake.. when you are an employee to OTSI they force you to write positive reviews. I would feel happy if even a single person is saved reading my review. They even ask you to work on weekends. Asking for a single work from home is like half day will be gone to just to take permissions for a single Work from Home. I was really excited and had lot of hopes when i joined but this company is just an empty drum. You people might think that i couldn't perform that is the reason I am writing all this but. I received best recruiter awards many time in my previous companies. Please rethink before resigning your job for this worst company
