Working for Occuity has been a step-change for me. For the first time in my career, the company I work for (and therefore my own work) has a clear and valuable purpose that I truly believe in. Having worked in the business for over six months now, it is clear that the team are leaders in their respective field. With a senior management team that have a clear vision and values, a defined objective and the drive, determination and strategy to achieve it. The work is exciting, varied and rewarding.

As a start-up business, Occuity is an exciting, fast-paced and challenging environment. If you are looking for a 9-5 role and a paycheque, it is perhaps not the right company for you. On the other hand, if you're passionate and committed to make a difference, to work in teams to get the job done, then it could be perfect for you.
