Pros
-The People, everyone in every team share the same great values of taking huge pride in their work and share a common goal for us all to succeed
-Celebrating wins, everyone shows genuine enthusiasm when people do well here and we get to see the collective work from Marketing, Tech & Success all the way through to help with Sales.
-Work Flexibility is great here, with remote working.
-Career progression was big for me when I joined and they really took that on board and I've moved from and SDR to BDE then Senior BDE then Manager and now Director. I love the fact that they always promote internally.
-The software itself is a dream to sell, at times it sells itself which makes the life of any salesperson easier.
Cons
Unfortunate not getting to see everyone as much as we used to (Covids fault).
The jobs not really for anyone who likes to stay only within their remit, Occupop gives you opportunities to learn about all sides of the business at times so workloads will get on top of those that aren't organised.
