Pros
Interesting lifestyle, reasonable food, nice destinations, fun people, it is free to do your washing, you get a bed to sleep on, boats are fun because they move around a lot.
Cons
Shocking pay, rubbish commission (nobody really wants to buy your photos, but you have to pressure them into buying them). Illegal working hours means you don't get enough sleep. Colleagues will often be imbeciles that bully you. The managers are brutes that punish you heavily for tiny mistakes. Hardly ever got let off the ship.
