Cut in hours no longer family oriented - Field Merchandiser Ocean State Job Lot Employee Review

Recently had my overtime stripped!! The reason was company not doing well!! Company continues to cut store hours and payroll. Only to promote new positions at corporate office. The company has forgotten where the money is made through good customer service in the stores. This will no longer happen as employees are becoming more upset about all hours being cut throughout the board. The company is constantly creating new jobs through corporate level to the direction of operations Department.
