Does anyone see what I see? Every time there is a string of critical reviews, the corporate hacks then produce a string of positive reviews. If not from corporate, then the pressure people in the field to produce positive reviews. They have been doing this for years in order to manipulate the company ratings. How about instead of looking to manipulate the ratings, you take the feedback and make meaningful changes to how you operate. Did someone say targeting? If the name wasn't already taken, the appropriate name for them would be Target. I have had exposure tow the RDs in R1 and R2, both are all about themselves, openly target DTL's and STL's that don't kiss up to them, and they are killing the business because they have no knowledge of the business. This is a compliance or else atmosphere. If you can act like a human bobble head doll, check your integrity at the door, and kiss up.....this is a great place for you. If not, keep on moving and donlt let them con you into joining.
