Pros
Great health benefits, opportunities to grow if you work hard enough, very structured hierarchy with more definitive roles for hire ups. Hours are a standard 50, except for certain times of the year. Growing company, profitable.
Cons
Extremely hands on even though their goal is to have management walking around with a clipboard. Some have an unrealistic picture of what actually needs to happen in the store. Nothing is "cookie cutter".
