Honestly, it's incredibly difficult to think of any genuine pros. The experience was overwhelmingly negative, and any potential positives were completely overshadowed by the dysfunctional environment. Leaving the company was the biggest relief.

The director actually responsible for bringing in new business has demonstrably failed to secure any significant new clients, relying heavily on the owner's personal connections. This lack of forward momentum is a massive red flag.
Zero Career Progression: This is a dead-end job. There are no opportunities for advancement, skill development, or meaningful career progress due to the poor management structure and lack of vision from leadership.
