Pros
Salary is ok (though way below average industry standards), the field is interesting, interesting collaboration with colleagues at an international level.
Cons
Lack of structure, objectives and guidance at large (at least in some departments), employees are treated as if we're in the 80's (no real work life balance or care accorded to employees and their needs and motivation), hierarchy and power play, close to zero career opportunities and way to evolve at a professional level.
