1. The worst HR I have seen so far. They are biased towards people belonging to their community. They act as if they are the owner of the company. They do not give respect even to the managers. So you be careful. 2. All the managers are partners in the company, so they have a modus operandi to save as much money as possible. This habit of theirs result in lower packages, increments, etc. They will save money from the things which you cant even think of. 3. No company outings, picnics to relieve the employees of their stress. 4. The managers will make you feel as if they have done a great favour on you by keeping you on job. 5. If you are leaving from office on time then you are incompetent, unskilled, inexperience, you lack focus, you dont have what it takes to achieve success, you dont have any aim in life; blah, blah blah...(in short you are not a good employee). 6. And if you sit extra then it means you are incompetent, unskilled, inexperience, you lack focus, you dont have what it takes to achieve success, you dont have any aim in life; blah, blah blah...(in short are not a good employee). 7. If you are stretching one task more than 2 hrs then you are good for nothing. No task should be more than 2 hrs. 8. They dont have any concrete policy in the organization. The policies are tailor made for an individual. 9. Dont get conned if you see the company is listed in BSE. They are trading between themselves to keep the market constant. 10. They will make you believe that they are very god fearing & religious person but this is just a facade behind which they are hiding their true intentions and exploit you. They will find your vulnerability and then exploit you. 11. If you go for an interview there (god forbid if this happens) then go and talk to the employees over there you will find nothing except negativity in there.
