- No time given for mandatory requirements - break, lunch, charging van, elearns. App (kracken) states this time has been inputed to your day however when being shown behind the scences of the app, rarely these thinfs are booked out. Customers expectations and agenda not being set correctly ive customer services. Them being told we will do things thay either we shouldnt be doing or that we cant do. Creates a awful start point for an engineer who has no complants training to have to objection handle at the po8nt of meeting. D1 calls - not given time to do this. Some customers want a 10 minute chat, its rare but if you have 4 appointments the next day thats 40 mins expected in our own time. We are not a call centre, we are engineers. - lack of bulletins, updates sent via slackz awful idea as not user friendly. Electric vans, spend most your free time hunting for chargers or charging a van. Not practical for the role. Not enough time actually blocked out on the day to charger therefore always in your own time. Multiskilled engineers - bad idea. Shown to not work in other companies, creates stress, risks and bad outcomes. Reason. Company doesnt give the correct amount of time for an engineer to truely learn a new role. Doesnt give effecint workload to an engineer whos training them to allow for good learning and experince. Pay- underpaid in line with the market Bonus scheme - isnt even worth it as target unrealstic Unrealistic daily workload - constantly over loaded with work in line with other daily responsibilties that we dont get time for. No union to support tradesman, fight for rights. Company doesnt recognise disabilities or chronic health for their tradesman Doesnt understand workplace adjustments.
