      - The most friendly, unique and supportive culture, work is actually fun!?! - Super autonomous. You are given space to challenge yourself without pressure or judgement. - I have always felt seen & heard. It's true that Octopus is based on customer (& employee) love and care!

      Cons

      Sometimes there is a lack of communication between teams as we're all so busy doing our own thing - it's something we're all working on but definitely could be better!

      Pros

      Some members of the company are the best people you’ll ever meet.

      Cons

      Genuinely a complete mess. Incompetent, passive aggressive leadership that repeatedly makes both poor and confusing company decisions. I have some absolutely crazy stories from things I’ve witnessed here. There’s things that are so bizarre and dysfunctional, they belong in an alternate reality.
