      Flexible to a degree on leave. Great prospects growing with the company as it grows. Awesome CEO and manger and great colleagues that I see more as friends. Great work ethic amongst everyone striving to make a success of this business.

      Cons

      Very hard work at the moment as the company is in a huge growth spurt Currently , but this is outweighed by the awesome colleagues I work with.

      Pros

      Some members of the company are the best people you’ll ever meet.

      Cons

      Genuinely a complete mess. Incompetent, passive aggressive leadership that repeatedly makes both poor and confusing company decisions. I have some absolutely crazy stories from things I’ve witnessed here. There’s things that are so bizarre and dysfunctional, they belong in an alternate reality.
