Pros
When I first heard about the role I was slightly sceptical as I've never worked from home before. However, Octopus Energy is innovating and refreshing where the norm in this world is 9-5. Octopus are far from the norm, they promote flexible working, whether it's doing less hours or working from home, they support you. The staff from top to bottom all work in sync, whether your a team leader or operations manager, they all get stuck in and lead from the front! Seeing things like that makes you want to push harder for the company. Only been here for about 2 months now and honestly, probably one of the best companies I've been at. They are flexible, they are understanding and they encourage and support you as there is plenty of room for progression. My friends find it hard to believe that I have such a job!
