      Pros

      Flexible working. Great company to work for, who invest in their employees and develop them. The CEO and senior team keep everyone involved with updates and news. We work hard but have lots of fun along the way! Best company I have ever worked for. Company parties are amazing too.

      Pros

      Some members of the company are the best people youā€™ll ever meet.

      Cons

      Genuinely a complete mess. Incompetent, passive aggressive leadership that repeatedly makes both poor and confusing company decisions. I have some absolutely crazy stories from things Iā€™ve witnessed here. Thereā€™s things that are so bizarre and dysfunctional, they belong in an alternate reality.
