Thanks for your review, and more importantly, thanks for the work that you do for the team and our customers.
I'm glad that you have noted our nice work culture. It's very important to our success and it makes the environment we work in a happier one for all the team.
A lot of work goes into building and preserving this.
In terms of your other comments, the role is one where a lot is expected and the core hours are busy and challenging.
We are growing quickly and learning more and more how to drive better outcomes in terms of improved work/life balance. We have made some strides on this in recent months, particularly as we've supported the team through this latest lockdown with OctoKids, continued yoga, and nutritionists to name but a few initiatives. More importantly though, we've continued to offer even more flexibility for the team as individuals, as opposed to a one size fits all solution.
Our approach to HR is different to traditional organisations. When concerns are raised they are dealt with by leaders across the business quickly. Leaders in our business drive accountability from one another. For instance today, I worked with a member of the team to overcome a concern they raised with me last Thursday.
