- Genuinely lovely people to work with, who are always willing to help you. - Learn so much through working on all aspects of an account - Open approach with management where you can offer feedback and it is taken on board - Communication platforms have been great during the lockdowns
Cons
- The people chosen for Team Leaders seems like they are in that position due to time in the company and not skill - As it is a growing company, it feels like there is little preparation for some changes that have a huge impact on the workload for energy specialists. - It is hard to create work/life balance at times as it is a very fast environment with some pressure - The pay could be a lot better for the job you are doing
