Pros
- I've worked for a lot of companies that claim to care for their employees but at Octopus I feel the company backs that up with support that suits the individual and being able to make decisions that actually help. - Freedom and responsibility to make your own decisions. - Able to support customers with outside of the box solutions without all of the guidelines that make it hard to treat people as individuals. - Competitive salaries, with lots of opportunity for progression. - Fun offices that encourage creative thinking - A place where you can be yourself and aren't pressured to fit into a box.
Cons
- Whilst it's great being able to make the right decisions for individuals it can make it difficult for people who work in certain ways not having set guidelines.
