Since joining Octopus, I've been pleasantly surprised by the overwhelmingly positive atmosphere among employees and their unwavering dedication to prioritising the customer above all else. Despite my initial skepticism, I've yet to encounter any red flags. I'm genuinely excited to embark on this journey and see where my career at Octopus takes me.
Cons
As our department has experienced rapid growth within a short timeframe, the onboarding process for managers has faced some challenges in terms of planning. However, I appreciate that I wasn't thrown into the deep end and was given the necessary time to adjust. I'm pleased to note that steps are already being taken to improve the onboarding process, ensuring a smoother journey for new managers in the future. I'm grateful for the teamwork and incredible support within the team.
